How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the return instructions. You can leave the return reason as “pick a return reason”. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.

After the returned goods have been received and processed, your refund will be issued in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
